Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Section 8 requirements are based on each city's regulations and requirements. We would be happy to discuss this further on a case by case scenario -
Are you licensed?

Can I reach you after hours?
We do have an after hours emergency option when calling the main line. If it's a non-emergency request a voicemail or email will be returned the next business day. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Owner distributions are processed on the 10th and 25th of each month via ACH into your account. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Owners receive a copy of their lease once signed by management and tenants. Owners do not sign the leases. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants have the capability to pay through their resident portals by Debit/Credit Cards or Electronic Cash Payments. Owner distributions are processed on the 10th and 25th of each month. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
The standard lease is 12 months, but we can offer 6 month leases as well. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Typically security deposits are equal to one month's rent. This amount can increase based on the tenants application. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Standard on boarding can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We specialize in multi-family properties. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Owners receive a monthly breakdown of rents received, fees and distributions on the first of every month. There are also many other reports that we can send upon request -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We as your Property Manager hold all deposits in a trust account.
